Port of Tacoma Commissioners on October 20 approved actions related to a DOE Draft Cleanup Action for the USG Taylor Way Plant site. They also authorized replacement of railroad track switches in the Banana Yard.  

Commissioners accepted a Port security grant and approved an interlocal agreement with Tacoma Public Schools to support workforce development.
