Procurement Summary:
The Port of Tacoma (PORT) is soliciting proposals from firms interested in providing Maximo Hosting and Support Services. PORT anticipates awarding the following two (2) Agreements with this procurement:
1. Maximo Hosting Subscription Agreement: A single Hosting Subscription Agreement with a vendor for hosting and providing basic operational support of the PORT’s Production and Test Maximo systems in a MAS cloud environment utilizing the PORT’s existing App Point licenses (BYOL). Budget target: $90,000 - $130,000 / year + any applicable Washington State Sales Tax (WSST).
2. Master Services Agreement (MSA): A single non-exclusive MSA with a vendor for providing services on an on-call / task-order basis for consulting, assessment, development, support, migration, and other services related to the PORT’s Maximo solution. We anticipate awarding two (2) initial Task Orders under this MSA.
